Summer Courses in Graphic Design in Milan

    During the Introduction to Graphic Design course (from June 30th to July 11th) students will learn the basic technical notions of graphic design,(composition, color, material and so on) with a particular emphasis on the links between urban communication and graphic design. The medium will be explored by a mixture of theory and practice to provide the students with the necessary skills to develop different graphic identities, towards the final production of a shared printed volume.

    During the Graphic Design Studio course (from July 15th to July 25th), students will approach more advanced graphics, illustration and typography notions developing at the same time the conceptual and narrative skills necessary for the production of an evocative design. The urban environment of Milan with its graphic forms, both studied and visited, will serve as fundamental stimulation to generate a final poster that communicates visually and graphically the essence of the city.
